She attended Ithaca College in New York. While there, she played varsity lacrosse and ended up graduating with a degree in Communications. She moved from New York to Los Angeles and decided to give acting a shot until she decided to settle down and start pursuing her career in communications.
Semi-finalist in 1991 Miss Teen USA pageant.
Engaged to Oliver Hudson since February 21, 2004.
Daughter-in-law of Goldie Hawn and Bill Hudson.
