Ellen is one of Hollywood's most hardworking women and now in addition to her hit show, she is getting ready to host the Oscars on February 25th. In preparation, Ellen let herself get dressed up a little more feminine than usual for the March issue of W. In the interview, she talks about formal Oscar wear (no dresses for Ellen), her challenging rise to fame, and her relationship with the beautiful Portia de Rossi.  She even reveals that she and Portia are toying with the idea of children: "The two are considering having children, and go back and forth on the matter. "Ellen would carry," de Rossi offers. Counters DeGeneres: "That will never happen.""
