Debra was raised in Texas and was a track runner, cheerleader and Homecoming Queen at high school before attending the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute in New York. She then became an Airline Attendant whilst in her 20s, Debra first appeared on TV in a brief appearance in The Return of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre, she then went in to WCW as the queen of WCW & a manager for Steve Mongo McMichael, After a year off she then came to our screens in WWF/WWE and was Jeff Jarretts Manager and was named as the puppies, she continued to grow and won the womens championship of sable in an evening grown match and held it for 5 weeks until Ivory won it of her. She was then voted the manager of the year in both 1999 and 2000, she was the presenter of the 1999 MTV kids choice awards. Debra continued to grow until 2002 when there was a problem with her marriage she left TV and wasn't seen again till the 20th March 2006 where she made an appearance on RAW and was shown backstage talking to Trish Stratus she was then in talks to appear at WrestleMania 22 but never. She has now been asked by Russell Mulcahy, the directer of Resident Evil: Extinction to play a part in the film whether she will take on the role or not is still unknown.

Won the Women's Championship belt on May 10, 1999. She has no children, although she does have a step-daughter whom she still keeps in touch with. Was the runner-up for 'Best Legs of WWF' in 2001, being only beaten by Stacy Keibler as voted by fans.
