Miss Nashville Tennessee, Darcy Donavan, exploded onto the Nashville music scene with a dynamic pop style that caught these primarily country audiences off-guard. Along with tremendous exposure via MTV, CMT, TNN, and most of the major networks, Darcy has had principal roles in several feature films this year. You can see her in "Showtime", starring Robert DeNiro, Rene Russo, and Eddie Murphy, as well as on the Discovery Channel in late fall playing the title role in "The Dorothy Stratten Story." Look for her again on the Discovery Channel as Marilyn Monroe in "The Marilyn Monroe Autobiography." She was also selected for the nationwide 2002 Seagrams Calendar and has appeared in several magazines across the country. Furthermore, Darcy can be seen in the acclaimed film "Anchorman" with Will Ferrel.

A study of Darcy's talent resume reveals a wealth of entertainment experience. She has won more than 550 beauty and talent competitions and in 1996 her career reached new heights as she earned the title of Miss Nashville, Tennessee. At this point, Darcy decided to chart a game plan for her future. Joining forces with well-known producers, she will begin production of her debut CD simply titled "DARCY."
