The magazine however didn't put Britney or Lindsay on the cover.  The editors chose Kate Hudson instead. According to Page Six, the magazine highlights the "rehab trend" with a fashion spread of couture-clad Chloe Sevigny. "We satirize our rehab-obsessed society in a consciously irreverent feature with Chloe playing a starlet sent to a luxury rehab facility," said a spokesperson for the magazine. Chloe wears a hat and sunglasses, while carrying a water bottle and a dog.  She also reads about herself in "Troubled Times" - a 25-cent tabloid newspaper that covers the ins and outs of revolving-door rehab.  Does this sound like anyone we know? On a serious note, the magazine also points out that "September is National Recovery Month."  There are a lot of recovering addicts that need to pat themselves on the backs for continuing to stay clean, one day at a time.
