According to Us Weekly, the Los Angeles Police Dept. confirmed there is an investigation going on because of a burglary at Charlize Theron's home in the Hollywood Hills.  Officer Ana Aguirre said:

"There was a break-in reported at her home sometime over the weekend between the 6th and 8th. There were no suspects seen by any witnesses. And the property that was taken is being evaluated by the homeowner."

It's unclear what might have been stolen from Esquire's "Sexiest Woman in the World." That sucks, especially around the holidays.
