Cate Blanchett wore black shoes with feathers to a special screening of "Elizabeth: The Golden Age" on Wednesday in New York City.  It's still a bit early for Halloween isn't it?  The dress isn't so bad but the shoes are rather interesting aren't they? Cate looks great though.
