Her last name is pronounced "ray." Took comedy classes at Manhattan's New School. She worked as a waitress for a caterer for seven years, while she waited for her first break. Took over Rosie O'Donnell's morning show in fall of 2002. The show lasted one season. Her father's name is David Attended summer camp in upstate New York as a kid and again later as a Counselor. She taught Drama and kept the place laughing at all times. Shares birthday with Ron Perlman. Announced that the baby she is expecting in the Fall 2008 will be a girl [July 2008].
