Camille Grammer is keeping ex-husband Kelsey Grammer's name because it's "easier".

The 'Real Housewives of Beverley Hills' star - who has two children, Mason, nine, and six-year-old son Jude, with the 'Frasier' actor - explained even though her former spouse is now married to Kayte Walsh, there is "so much paperwork" involved with changing her moniker.
Kelsey Grammer has admitted his relationship with Kayte Walsh began while he was still married to his ex-wife Camille Grammer.

The former 'Frasier' star reveled he met former flight attendant Kayte in December 2009, six months before he announced his split with Camille and said he spent a "magical" few days getting to know her.
Kelsey Grammer insists his latest marriage will be his last.

The actor wed fourth wife Kayte Walsh earlier this year and despite having three failed unions behind him, the 56-year-old actor is convinced this union will stand the test of time.

We've learned Kelsey Grammer is going into court this week ... asking a judge to impose a gag order on ex-wife Camille after her encounter with TMZ last week.

Our camera guy ran into Camille and her son last Tuesday -- and asked Camille which activities she enjoys doing with her kids. Camille instructed her son to answer the question and he replied, "Play."

Sources tell us Kelsey wasn't happy with the situation -- and wants the family judge to prohibit Camille from exposing their kids to media cameras in the future.

Sources connected with "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" tell us ... Camille is indignant because just days later Kelsey paraded both of their children in front of a bank of cameras at Boa, a place ALWAYS buzzing with paparazzi.

Kelsey Grammer fought hard to get his kids this week, but hours after picking them up, he had the nanny take his daughter to her dance lesson.

TMZ broke the story ... Kelsey and Camille were in court Friday, because Kelsey wanted the kids while he was in L.A. this week but Camille had serious reservations.  The judge gave Kelsey the kids, provided he guaranteed they would attend their regularly scheduled activities, including soccer and dance.

Camille showed up in Malibu this afternoon for daughter Mason's dance class, but Kelsey was a no show.  We're told Kelsey has not wanted to be near Camille since they separated, and he's missed several of the kids events -- including Mason's piano recital -- because Camille was there.

We shot video of Camille arriving at the dance studio, saying she'll be at all the kids' activities this week, and not to spite Kelsey ... she just loves her kids.

After fighting with Kelsey Grammer in family court over visitation of their two children on Friday, "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Camille Grammer escaped for some relaxing bikini time in Palm Springs with her new boyfriend and her kids this weekend.

The 43-year-old proved she has the stomach for battling it out in court.

Kelsey Grammer and Camille Grammer just showed up in court to do battle in their custody case, and it's the first time they've seen each other since they separated.

Now get this ... Kelsey walked into court with his newest wife, Kayte -- smiling, hand-in-hand.  But when it came time to call the case, everyone other than Kelsey, Camille and their lawyers were thrown out -- including Kayte.

And Kayte then walked into the hallway, sat down and teared up.

TMZ has learned Kelsey Grammer just won his battle with Camille Grammer in custody court, but it comes not only with strings attached, but the possibility of an explosion of tempers.

As we first reported, Kelsey and Camille were in family court this morning -- the first time they've come face-to-face since they separated.

Sources tell TMZ ... the two were at an impasse, because Kelsey wanted to take the former couple's two children for 6 days, beginning Monday, while he's in L.A.

We're told Camille, who is repped by Neal Hersh and Judy Bogen, did not want Kelsey to take the kids because Kelsey would not agree to take them to their regularly scheduled activities, which includes dance, sports and therapy. 

With Kelsey's lawyer, Lance Spiegel by his side, we're told the judge allowed Kelsey to take the kids for the 6 days, but under the ruling he must also take them to ALL of their scheduled activities.

Now here's where it gets interesting.  We're told up to now Kelsey has refused to attend any of the events in which his kids participate if Camille is present -- and she's been to pretty much everything.

And, our sources say, Camille will attend ALL of the scheduled activities next week.

Taylor Armstrong secretly revealed to cast members she was beaten so badly by Russell Armstrong she had to undergo surgery -- and when he found out she spilled the beans, he sent Camille Grammer a chilling, threatening email ... this according to multiple sources connected with the show.

We're told ... just before the shooting for season 2 of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" began ... Taylor was severely beaten.  Sources say Russell hit her in the face so hard he cracked bones in her cheeks.  Sources say there are pictures of the injuries and they are "horrific."

Taylor -- who was hospitalized as a result of the beating -- tried to keep it a secret, but she had a big problem ... she couldn't show her face for weeks, and she feared she'd be fired for appearing to be uncooperative and flaky.

Sources say Taylor confided in Camille Grammer and Kyle Richards ... both of whom urged Taylor to tell Bravo what really happened. 

We're told Taylor went home and told Russell about her conversation with the two women and the outrage they had shown when they heard what happened.  Russell reacted by sending Camille a "very threatening" email.  One source who read it said, "It was the rantings of a lunatic."

As for Taylor, her injuries were so bad ... shooting was delayed for several weeks.

Michaele and Tareq Salahi won't be chumming it up with Camille Grammer or Kyle Richards any time soon -- because TMZ has learned,  the couple just got REJECTED from "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."

As we previously reported, the Salahis are in the process of moving to the swank neighborhood -- renting a $20,000-a-month mansion -- but we're told they won't be taking their "Real Housewives" careers with them.

According to sources, the Salahis' manager had been in talks with Bravo to transfer the baby-hungry couple from the D.C. show to its B.H. counterpart -- but Bravo exec Andy Cohen coolly replied, "We are not interested."

Camille Grammer realizes it really isn't all fair in love and war, because she now regrets the she made about Kelsey's junk.

As you know, Camille said -- referring to Kelsey -- "Big hands, big feet, big disappointment."

Now she's given TMZ a statement, trying to take it back:  "Some joking remarks I made to Kyle Richards got picked up and caused my ex-husband great embarrassment and for that I sincerely apologize.  While the media added words and blew it out of proportion, I acknowledge my part in this and regret my remarks."

But it's not all nice, because Camille goes on, complaining she wants to settle their differences "but Kelsey just seems to want to fight this."  Camille adds, "I offered a 50/50 physical split with joint custody and was soundly rejected."

Camille says, "Now he will only communicate through lawyers and others and I fear the message we're sending our children."

Small penis create big problems.

Kelsey Grammer's wife, Kayte Grammer, has come out swinging at Camille Grammer, for opening her big mouth and claiming Kelsey has a small penis.

Kayte tells TMZ, "Perhaps the fault lies not so much with the member in question but rather with the inspiration at hand."

There's clearly plenty of hatred to go around, because the Grammer camp has not publicly ed on the bitter, ongoing Grammer divorce -- until now.

Kayte is responding to Camille's , "Big hands, big feet, big disappointment."

Kelsey Grammer is seriously lacking in the man department -- at least according to his ex-wife Camille ... who STRONGLY insinuated yesterday that the actor has a small penis.

In a recent promo for "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," Camille describes Kelsey ... "Big hands, big feet, big disappointment" -- and last night in New York, she said it's true ... telling us, "It was a lot like that. I had that for 13 years, unfortunately."


You know what they say, it ain't the size of the boat, it's the motion of the ocean -- but it helps a lot when the boat has millions of dollars.

Sources tell TMZ ... the agreement outlines who gets the kids, when and where, etc.  We're told Camille will have both kids more than Kelsey, but the agreement accommodates Kelsey's work schedule.

The kids will not be separated.  You'll recall, at one point Kelsey's lawyer recommended that the couple's son would fly to Chicago to stay with him, and their daughter would stay with Camille in L.A.

Our sources say the underlying issues between the couple have not been resolved -- i.e., money and permanent custody.   

We're told Camille is bitter at the way Kelsey has treated her and the kids, while Kelsey is angry because he feels Camille has been disrespectful to his new wife.
