Really ?    No one else, remembers Annette?
My Mother says, I used to tell Her: "That is my Girl Friend"!     When I watched the Micky Mouse Club on the old black & white console TV.
OH !   for the good old days.

I had the privilege of meeting Annette, when I was 13 years old and she was 17!! She came to Memphis and appeared on WHBQ "Dance Party", hosted by Wink Martindale and Anita Wood!!
I was so thrilled to meet her and talk to her, and she promised to write me!!
Sure enough, a few weeks later, a big, manila envelope arrived in the mail, and I KNEW it was from Annette, the minute I saw it, because I recognized her handwriting immediately! She wrote me a nice
letter and autographed 2 8x 10 glossy photographs for me, which, I still treasure to this day!!
She is a beautiful and brave woman, and I will always remember that wonderful day, I met ANNETTE!!!!
