Trivia

Professionally known as Eddie Benton from 1977 (when she was a series regular as Nurse Koscinski on the short-lived
Rafferty) to 1980.
Prom Night was her last film/TV appearance where she was billed as Eddie Benton. From 1981 on, she went by Anne-Marie Martin.

Her mother,
Sylvia Martin, had a small role in
Prom Night.

She and Michael Crichton have a daughter, Taylor (1989).

David Rasche, her co-star on "Sledge Hammer!", described Martin as a "great kisser".

The dedication page of Jurassic Park reads "for A-M and T," referring to Anne-Marie and her daughter, Tyler Crichton.

Martin's divorce settlement from Michael Crichton was 31 million dollars, all tax-free. She was also awarded various fine art including the Roy Lichtenstein sculpture "Day and Night," the Rene Magritte painting "L'Usage de la Parole," the Claes Oldenburd lithograph "Twirling Fork And Meatball" and the Robert Rauschenberg painting "Nest Egg" as well as a Jasper Johns monoprint and a lithograph.

As part of her divorce settlement, Martin also got seventeen horses located in New York, Hawaii, California, Germany and Iceland, as well as one pony owned by their daughter Taylor.
