Anne Hathaway's boyfriend Raffaello Follieri has been reportedly caught up in another scandal.  The Children's charity he runs is under investigation by the New York's Attorney General for failing to file the correct tax forms.  Uh-oh!

Apparently, the non-profit Follieri Foundation which helps fund child vaccination programs in developing countries has no record of them filling in the tax disclosure form 990.

Hathaway was previously a member of the board of directors, but stepped down from the role earlier this year. Her rep insists she isn't aware of any failure to fill out the appropriate tax form as she's no longer involved with the charity.

It sounds like her boyfriend can't stay away from controversy.
