Works as an administrative assistant. Was a cheerleader at Beaver Area High School in Pennsylvania. Recent graduate of Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania. Brkich's favorite hobbies are going out with her friends, dancing and just generally having fun. She's a member of Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority, where she was Vice President and New Member Coordinator. Is a graduate of Westminster College, where she earned a B.A. degree in Public Relations, minoring in Speech Communications. Her convertible's license plate bears the slogan "Srvivr 2". Is engaged to fellow Survivor All-Star Rob Mariano. Was the first Survivor winner to have beaten the "Survivor curse", in that she won a car and ultimately went on to be the sole Survivor in Survivor: All Stars. In previous Survivor installments, all the contestants who had won a car ultimately failed to become the sole Survivor. Ranked #93 in Stuff magazine's "102 Sexiest Women In The World" (2002) Her last name "Brkich" is Croatian. Named #73 on the Maxim magazine "Hot 100 of 2005" list. After winning 'Survivor: All-Stars' and marrying All-star survivor, Rob Mariano, she wrote the book 'Amber's Guide For Girls: Advice on Fame, Family, Fashion and More!' and had it published.
