A lot of Alison's early success came from the fact that she was believable as younger characters, and directors looking for an actress with depth to play youthful roles flocked to her.  But now that she probably can no longer play 14-year olds (her beauty has matured into a woman's), will her continuing to appear younger than her age limit the roles she is offered?  Will directors cast her in roles for 30-year old women when she is 30 but looks 22, or will she go through a decade with few meaty roles until her contemporaries all have aged badly and she once again is in demand to play 30-ish characters that are much younger than she is??

I'm interested to see her in the two relatively high-profile films that are on tap for '08 and '09.  Hopefully her roles in these films will remind directors that she is such a versatile actress that she would be great in any role, in any film.
