I love the fact that Alison is in an indie movie. She was pretty good in it too. Has anyone else seen it? I'm curious to know about how people felt about the ending and Alison's performance.
Has anyone seen the previews? The movie site for the film is pretty good (deliriousthemovie. com)

Delirious was OK. Lousy script, but Alison was as usual very good, this time as the Britney Spears character. I thought the music video was hilarious, although it made me a little uncomfortable watching it because Alison has always been more about substance than undisguised sex appeal. Not that I didn't like to see her dancing around in a skimpy outfit, mind you. But it seemed a strange departure for her. All in the character, I suppose.
The film was more a vehicle for the male lead, who has had a couple other good roles recently, but in my opinion he is brutally rigid and unconvincing in this film.
Anyway, I found your comment about Alison being in an Indie movie odd. She has done predominantly indie projects in her career, although she definitely made a name for herself in a couple big movies.
Most recently she was almost unrecognizable in Things We Lost in the Fire. I am a big fan, but although I knew the beautiful recovering heroin addict looked darned familiar, I had to wait for the credits to tell me who it was. Many critics panned TWLITF, but I found it very emotionally moving, and I particularly liked the director's use of close-up shots throughout the film.
Can't wait to see her next two movies in '08 and '09!
