This may sound too unbelievable to be true, but all you have to do is either write to the court or put it into a motion,\\\" THAT FOR THE RECORD,\\\" that you waive your benefit privilege of a fine and your benefit privilege of a jail sentence. If you do not agree to the contact the Court can not do anything to you. Just do not agree to there contract. If the judge says something, just say that if you your Honor says that again that will be your second warning of Barratry and if you do it a third time you will have to recuse yourself from the proceedings. Either way your case is dismissed and you won. You can waive both the fine and sentencing  before, during or after a trial. That is right! It is opposite to what we think! A fine or a sentencing is a benefit privilege! A person can not be forced to accept a benefit privilege. It is slavery and slavery is illegal in the United State of America. Try it, you will like it! Do not loose time any of your life because of time spent in a correctional facility.
