AP - The woman in a sex tape featuring Verne Troyer — best known for his role in the "Austin Powers" movies — says she allowed celebrity Web site TMZ to broadcast snippets of the tape.
Verne Troyer's sex tape is off the market for now. A federal judge has ordered a temporary restraining order that prevents the "Austin Powers" star's homemade porn to be distributed.

Troyer, 39, filed a $20 million suit against celebrity gossip website TMZ.com, porn tape broker Kevin Blatt and online adult-film rental company SugarDVD for violating his privacy and right to publicity, copyright and trademark infringement and misappropriation of name and likeness, after his stolen sex tape rounded the Web.
