We've obtained the probation report, which details what Tone Loc did to Elise Ann Sharkey. In the first incident, he allegedly punched Sharkey in the face and then sped away in a car with their son. She then went to his home demanding an apology, and then he allegedly spat in her face and threatened to shoot her unless she left. According to the report, Tone Loc -- famous for "Funky Cold Medina" and "Wild Thing" -- then punched her in the head.
Sharkey called the cops who came to the house and found an assault rifle and a semi-automatic shotgun.
Tone Loc pled no contest Monday to felony corporal injury to a spouse as well as possession of an assault weapon. He must complete a one year anger management course. As for the sentence, it's up to the judge.

Filed under: Tone Loc, Celebrity Justice Rapper Tone Loc pled "not guilty" today to two felonies in his domestic violence case -- 1) beating up his baby mama ... 2) possession of an unregistered, military-grade ASSAULT RIFLE.According to police, cops found the unregistered Colt AR-15 Sporter during an investigation ... after the rapper was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence last month.
As we previously reported, Loc -- real name Anthony Smith -- was busted in a Burbank, CA apartment complex on June 18 after an alleged physical altercation with the mother of his child.
Loc is due back in court in two weeks.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Loc (real name Anthony Smith) was arrested yesterday around 2:45 PM at an apartment complex in Burbank, CA. We're told he was taken in without incident and booked into jail a few hours later.
He is currently being held on $50,000 -- and, as of this posting, has yet to be released.
Loc achieved fame in the late 1980s with such legendary songs as "Funky Cold Medina" and "Wild Thing."
