Victoria Beckham's Hollywood break is getting closer and her first test is to play on Tom Cruise's new movie, The Thetan, a movie which is said has a connection with Scientology because it is based on the sci-fi cult, which believes in alien life forms.

Posh Spice will play the bride of an alien leader called a thetan. The Thetan itself, for the Scientology believer, is an immortal spiritual being, present in all humans.

Cruise has his own reason to take his pal Victoria into his project because of her "comic genius".
