Leonardo DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire have had a lawsuit against them, about a movie they made before they were famous, dismissed by a Los Angeles judge.
The suit claimed the actors conspired to block distribution of the black-and-white movie 'Don's Plum', which they filmed in 1995 and 1996.
The low-budget movie, which was filmed before Leo's breakthrough role 'Titanic' and Tobey's 'Spider-Man', is about a group of L.A teens who meet at a diner every day to talk about their lives.
