David Beckham and family were enjoying the LA Galaxy soccer team win their first victory against Pachua 2-1 in their opening match of the SuperLiga tournament on Tuesday.  Becks is quite the family man with his kids and his mother, Sandra Georgina West and friends.

Frank Yallop, Galaxy coach stated:

"The whole emotional buildup to David arriving, I'm not blaming him, but he finally arrived.  We played poorly against Tigres, came out against Chelsea and decided to have a go and we did. Tonight, in spells, we showed what we can do."

I'm not sure what the coach is really trying to say here though.  Is he implying that the arrival of Becks was over-hyped?  Becks can't help it if he re-injured himself, can he?
