Paris Hilton's sex tape partner Rick Salomon claims a mentally unstable woman has been terrorizing him and his teenage daughters -- once even leaving her "soiled" pants on his front steps.

Rick filed a request for protection last week in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming 44-year-old Heidi Thomas -- his former real estate agent -- showed up at his home several times on September 16 ... refusing to leave the property.

According to Rick, Heidi threatened and terrified his daughters, leaving her "soiled pants" on the front door step ... which may have been a contributing factor in her arrest.

Rick claims Heidi is emotionally unstable and appears homeless -- and wants a judge to keep her at least 100 yards away from him and his family at all times.

Heidi is still in custody. A hearing for the restraining order is set for October 12th.

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Pamela Anderson has ended another brief marriage. The ''Baywatch'' star's nuptials with Rick Salomon were officially annulled Monday, according to documents filed in Superior Court.


Pamela Anderson's third marriage is officially over. The "Baywatch" star's marriage to Rick Salomon has been officially annulled Monday in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Anderson, 40, filed divorce with Salomon, who is known for being Paris Hilton's co-star in her sex tape, on December 14. And after her on again/off again decision for the filing, Salomon then followed the actress' lead and filed annulment Friday. He cited "fraud" as the reason but did not offer explanation.
Pamela Anderson is a single woman once again.

The former "Baywatch" babe and her husband of five months, Rick Salomon, were granted an annulment today in Los Angeles Superior Court, TMZ first reported.

Anderson and Salomon had both previously filed papers seeking an annulment citing "fraud" as the reason for their split.

Sources told TMZ the fraud had to do with Pam promising him children.

Anderson was previously married to Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee and later, Kid Rock. She first found fame on "Baywatch," before moving on to films including "Barb Wire."

Salomon is known for making a sex videotape with one time girlfriend Paris Hilton and was previously married to actress Shannen Doherty for nine months.

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Pamela Anderson's new husband - apparently a specialist in short relationships with celebrities - agrees that their two-month marriage should be voided, according to court papers filed Friday.


Rick Salomon, the newly estranged husband of Pam Anderson, is now also claiming fraud as the reason for the annulment of their brief marriage.

Anderson, 40, filed papers back in February in the Los Angeles Superior Court seeking to annul the marriage based on fraud. Salomon, 39, has now followed her lead and also claimed fraud in the papers that were filed on Friday. Neither party has explained why fraud is being alleged in the marriage.
