Won Broadway's 1958 Tony Award as Best Actor (Dramatic) for his portrayal of Franklin Delano Roosevelt in "Sunrise at Campobello," a role that he recreated in the movie version also titled
Sunrise at Campobello.

Ralph Bellamy."
