Quentin Tarantino is still pissed about being snubbed over the last Bond movie.  He reportedly slammed the James Bond filmmakers for turning him down to make Casino Royale.  He claims producers used his idea to remake Casino Royale only without him.  Tarantino revealed to Total Film magazine:

"I never saw Casino Royale because I was so mad at those guys. They said publicly that Casino Royale was un-filmable. The minute I said I would do Casino Royale, it's on all the websites and it is the film that people want to see. They should have said thank you."

I don't blame him for being upset.  Casino Royale was a huge success.
