Christie Brinkley's attorney, Peter Coronia, told "The Insider" in a statement that his client is "completely vindicated." The model and her ex-husband Peter Cook were scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday to settle a dispute regarding custody issues with their children. Cook filed a motion, requesting that Brinkley "undergo anger management, for the appointment of a parenting coordinator, and for the children's passports to be held by a third party." Coronia says that none of these requests are included in the settlement agreed upon by both parties. Brinkley has withdrawn her counterclaims to Cook's allegations "in an effort to put this all behind her." She hopes that she and Cook can progress forward for the benefit of their children.

Lawyers for Diana Bianchi, the former lover of Christie Brinkley's ex-husband Peter Cook, are now responding to today's New York Post article stating that they supposedly broke a confidentiality agreement that has now cost Bianchi a third of her $300,000 settlement that was reached in 2007.   According to the Post, Cook's lawyer Kathleen McKenna, states that the settlement addresses the alleged sex tape that made headlines earlier this month and protects Cook from any criminal charges that relate to it, therefore, Bianchi's lawyer Joseph Tacopina's threats of prosecution violate terms of that deal. McKenna also states that the settlement forbids Bianchi's lawyers from disparaging Cook and accuses Bianchi's other lawyer, Rosemarie Arnold, of doing so when she supposedly called him a "wolf" after his interview with Barbara Walters. "The story in the New York Post is the biggest bunch of hogwash we have seen yet in this case," Bianchi's attorney Rosemarie Arnold tells ET. "We advised the Post that their story had no basis in fact before it was printed. We will not and never have ed on any agreement between Peter Cook and Diana Bianchi. I can assure you that neither Joseph Tacopina nor I entered into any agreement with Peter Cook whereby we agreed not to disparage him. That not withstanding, we did not disparage him."

The attorney for Diana Bianchi, the other woman in the Christie Brinkley divorce scandal, is speaking out about a New York Post story that claims that the young woman, who was a teenager when she had an affair with Brinkley's then-husband Peter Cook, spoke with Cook Thursday night about an alleged sex tape. The Post reported on Friday that Cook and Bianchi were "at each other's throats last night following our exclusive report on their steamy sex video." Bianchi's attorney, Rosemarie Arnold, responded to "The Insider," "The notion of her having anything to do with the release of these tapes is absurd because she did not even know she was being recorded. She has never had in her possession any video of Peter Cook and her together. I am not aware of any conversations had between Peter Cook and Diana Bianchi. Joe Tacopina and myself are still reviewing her legal options." When news broke Thursday that a sex tape may exist, Bianchi told "The Insider" exclusively through her attorney that she was "unaware that [Cook] was videotaping their sexual encounters." Cook and Brinkley's divorce became final in July, amid accusations that he spent thousands of dollars a month on internet pornography and had an affair with a then 18-year-old Bianchi.

Peter and Christie's divorce became final in July, amid accusations that he spent thousands of dollars a month on internet pornography and had an affair with a then 18-year-old Bianchi. The young woman's attorney, Rosemarie Arnold, tells ET exclusively: "Diana was in a relationship with Peter Cook. It does not surprise her that there are photos of her in his possession. However, she was unaware that he was videotaping their sexual encounters. In my opinion, Peter Cook is a wolf. He went on Barbara Walters in a tie and claimed he was a lamb. But you can put a tie on a wolf, he’s still a wolf. We are weighing our legal options concerning this matter." Meanwhile, Christie's lawyer says "Nothing about Peter Cook's behavior shocks us. We don't know anything about this tape. We never saw it and we never heard about it. Christie's concern is for the sake of her children and she hopes this video is kept private."

Christie Brinkley's lawyer is talking to "The Insider" about her ex-husband Peter Cook's appearance on Friday night's episode of ABC newsmagazine "20/20." In the "20/20" interview, Cook seems to seek to redeem himself in the public eye after a very public divorce with Brinkley that revealed that he had used pornography and had an affair with a teenage woman. He tells Barbara Walters in the interview, "My hope is that the world will see that I'm not the scum bag pervert that I've been painted to be. The misinformation that came out during the trial is the elephant in the room. It's the elephant in the room for my kids. And I'm hoping maybe if I can correct some of the wrongs." On behalf of Brinkley, lawyer Robert Stephan Cohen, released the following statement: "Christie Brinkley initially sought to settle this matter privately. The state of NY is an open court system. It was Mr. Cook who sought to lock the courtroom to the media. Judge Cohen applied the law and Peter's request to bar the media was denied. This was not Ms. Brinkley's doing, it was the law." "Mr. Cook has chosen to breach the confidentiality agreement in the divorce settlement, a provision agreed upon in court to protect the children and allow them to put this ordeal behind them. "This is a tragedy. Mr. Cook has proven once again that the court appointed psychiatrist Dr. Stephen Herman was right when he testified that Peter Cook has an insatiable ego and needs constant reassurance. Mr. Cook continues to put himself first, ultimately hurting the children. "The court awarded Ms. Brinkley full custody of the children and all decision making concerning them. That decision speaks for itself. "Ms. Brinkley plans to explore her legal options." Earlier this week, "The Insider" confirmed that Brinkley had requested a restraining order against her ex-husband, and it was denied. Her attorney said at that point, however, "The Court Order mandates that since Peter Cook has the children this weekend, his parenting has to be away from his home and he can't expose them to the '20/20' broadcast. Christie Brinkley's sole concern is to protect her children." On the other hand, Cook's attorney, James Winkler, told "The Insider", "The restraining order they sought was to suspend visitation this weekend because of the "20/20" broadcast, which Mr. Cook never had any intention of showing to the children. The restraining order was denied."

Brinkley, 54, filed the request in New York's Suffolk County Court on Wednesday as an attempt to prevent Cook's visitation with their children this weekend due to his interview with Barbara Walters on "20/20" on Friday.
