This success led to his own comedy television series, "The Paul Hogan Show", the following year. Awarded the Australian Honours award of Member of the Order of Australia. Awarded "Australian of the Year" in 1985. Divorced first wife, Noelene, after 28-years of marriage (their eldest son was thirty-one at the time). Has a son named Chance with co-star turned wife, Linda. Lives in a renovated Victorian farmhouse near Santa Barbara, California.
