He and "Grey's" titular character Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) have been on-again off-again throughout the span of the show, but McDreamy says, "Rumor has it something might be happening," added Dempsey coyly. Actor Patrick Dempsey has some advice for his "Made of Honor" co-star Michelle Monaghan. The actress is pregnant with her first child.

Dempsey said he knew about the pregnancy before Monaghan went public with the news. According to People.com, the "Grey's Anatomy" actor said, "It was a big secret, and I wasn't allowed to tell anyone, but I knew Michelle was pregnant, and I am thrilled for her.
