"Miley and I both play music by ear and we play life by ear and leave a whole lot of things up to fate," Billy Ray reveals. But, it isn’t just luck that brought Billy Ray back into the limelight -- just like his daughter, it’s his musical talent. Recently, the singer has turned back to his southern country rock roots for his upcoming album. Billy Ray plans on hitting the charts hard with Back to Tennessee. The album, which marks his 11th studio album, hits stores November 18.[Read full story on The Insider]
