Bill Warren tells TMZ, he has already met with people who know sailors from the USS Carl Vinson -- the same ship that buried Osama at sea last month -- but it's unclear if anything significant has come to light.

Warren figures the sailors are the key to unlocking the location of Osama's body -- telling us, one of them "must have taken the GPS position of where they body of the creep was dumped."

Warren says his plan to find the body involves remote operated vehicles and a sonar system -- and if he has to break out the big boat, it could cost him $10,000 per day, plus fuel.

You can't put a price on closure.

Treasure-hunting explorer Bill Warren tells TMZ, the purpose of the excursion "is to try to find out if [Osama] is really dead and to provide to the world the proof that he is ... We do this because we are patriotic Americans and feel that President Obama failed to provide the proof."

Bill adds, "I do not trust my government or Obama."

The search will take place in the North Arabian Sea, where a U.S. Navy ship allegedly dumped Osama's body back in May. Bill explains, "We intend to locate/recover his body and photograph and video tape him, then do a DNA test on the ship."

Bill tells us, he's using several boats and top of the line technology to perform the search -- and the entire operation will cost hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Good news for conspiracy theorists -- Bill plans to take a film crew along for the ride and document the whole the trip.

SC Village Paintball in Corona, CA dropped $250,000 to create a brand new paintball course called "Bin Laden's Compound."

According to the owner, the course (which opens June 4) will feature 18-foot high walls to hide behind, Middle Eastern music, wrecked cars, a downed helicopter, sound effects of bombs going off, and referees and opponents dressed like members of the Taliban.

Finally ... we can have closure.
