Orlando Bloom might be facing felony charges for the car crash that he was involved in on October 12.  Although there was speculation that Orlando was drunk, police determined that he was not based on appearance.

However, the L.A. Police Dept. is expected to turn the case over to the district attorney where prosecutors will decide whether or not to charge Bloom for leaving the scene of the accident which was caught on tape.

I guess he might not get away with what happened as some reports had criticized the police for allowing.  Stay tuned as we will provide any updates.
