Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo were spotted out partying with friends last night in NYC. Aren't they cute wearing those matching outfits?  I wonder if they had some inspiration from Nicole Richie and Joel Madden.  They probably want a better image out there since their sex scandal eh?
