According to Michael Lohan, Lindsay's younger siblings are scared of their mother Dina.  He thinks they're desperate to see him too.  Currently, Michael and Dina are in a custody battle over their children: 19 year-old Michael, 13 year-old Aliana, and 10 year-old Dakota (also known as Cody).  Michael claims he taped a phone conversation with his daughter who was saying that her siblings all miss their father.  In an audio clip that was played to Extra, Lindsay was heard saying:

"I called mom earlier and asked her how to get through to you... She wouldn't tell me... To be honest, I sat in a room with Cody and he wants to see you but he is so afraid of what mom tells him... I know that mom still loves you. Dad, I'm the same person as you. I'm the same as you."

That's a pretty low-life thing to do in taping a phone conversation with your child without them knowing though.  Isn't that illegal in many states too?
