A bunch of people who worked for Master P on his 2003 movie "Uncle P" claim the former rap mogul wasn't bout it, bout it when it came to pay day -- and now they want their cash ... more than $240k!!

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, several members of the crew sued P back in 2005 and WON -- but P never forked over the dough.

Now, the class has taken their case to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in L.A. -- hoping they can finally squeeze some cash out of the man who was once reported to be worth $600 million.

The class wants the court to push P into bankruptcy so that an independent trustee will be appointed to oversee P's assets ... and maybe then, they would be able to collect.

Romeo, now 21, showed off his pumped up pecs and biceps (left) while out cruisin' around shirtless in Beverly Hills on Wednesday.

Filed under: Master P, Celebrity Justice Master P was ordered by a court to fork over just $271/month in a child support for his FOUR kids ... but TMZ has learned this is only the beginning ... cause he probably won't get off that easy. 




According to docs filed back in March, Mr. P (real name Percy Miller) was ordered to pay ex-wife Sonya the minuscule amount (by his standards) based on a monthly income of just $1,387. 

We're told P's ex has been trying to get his real financials, to no avail so far.  So the Dept. of Child Support Services hit him with the minimum until they can assess his true worth.

The Millers have six children, four of whom are minors -- Tytyana, Italy, Hercy and Mercy.

A rep for Master P had no . We wish the rep said "Uhh!!! Na, na, na!" ... but it was just a no .
