His first and only "hit" single was a song entitled, "A Girl Named Johnny Cash," obviously a parody to Cash's unexpected superhit "A Boy Named Sue." Wrote a lacerating series of satirical "cultural studies" books and TV specials under the blanket title "The History of White People in America."
