Trivia

Father of Roz Music.

According to his wife, Music took the first name Lorenzo for spiritual reasons.

Co-wrote "The Bob Newhart Show" (1972) theme song with his wife Henrietta.

He and his wife, Henrietta, formed a comedy duo that lasted eight years.

Never being seen on "Rhoda" (1974) as Carlton the doorman - and becoming well-known for it - gave him the idea of never being photographed directly in public or on film. Either he'd have something blocking his face, or he'd only be seen in silhouette.

For short while, he was the unofficial spokesman for "Chick Fil-A" & "Pizza Hut" doing mostly voice-over, radio ad commercials.

He can still be heard on radio stations in a series of commercial spots, starring Vince and Larry, the crash test dummies. The series of commercials -- of which there are currently three -- are new versions of a series of TV ads, which he did with Jack Burns. Burns is the voice of Vince; Music is Larry.
