Father of Roz Music Children: daughters Roz and Leilani; sons Fernando and Sam. According to his wife, Music took the first name Lorenzo for spiritual reasons. Raised in Duluth, Minnesota; he attended the University of Minnesota, where he met his future wife. Co-wrote "The Bob Newhart Show" theme song with his wife Henrietta. Best known as the drunken, unseen doorman Carlton on "Rhoda" and as the voice of Garfield on TV -- both voice roles. He and his wife, Henrietta, formed a comedy duo which lasted eight years. The voice of Peter Venkman in The Real Ghost Busters and Garfield in numerous cartoons. Peter Venkman was played by Bill Murray in Ghost Busters. Bill Murray is the voice of Garfield in _Garfield: The Movie (2004)_ . Never being seen on Rhoda as Carlton the doorman - and becoming well-known for it - gave him the idea of never being photographed directly in public or on film. Either he'd have something blocking his face or he'd only be seen in sihoutte. Was the voice of one of the Crash Test Dummies in the 80s public service announcements. For short while, he was the unofficial spokesman for "Chick Fil-A" & "Pizza-Hutt" doing mostly voice-over, radio ad commercials He was cremated and his ashes were scattered at sea.
