Kiefer Sutherland is actually going to jail for 30 days, as part of his plea deal regarding a DUI arrest in Los Angeles in September. He was coming home from a FOX fall season party. He's going to jail for having a blood alcohol level over the limit, but the second charge of DUI was dismissed (not sure what the difference is there). The timing is good though: the sentencing will be announced on December 21, the day 24 takes a their break. He could actually go to jail for longer than that, six months, if the judge wants him in there longer for violating his probabtion from a 2004 arrest. Merry Christmas Kiefer! Maybe the Prison Break guys can help him get out, and they can film it for another reality show.
