It is the second time that Federline has visited Spears within the space of two days a€“ he also visited the troubled pop princess on Friday.

According to a source, Federline brought sons Sean Preston, 17 months and Jayden James, 7 months, to visit their mother at the Promises rehab centre on Saturday evening.

“The kids are his No. 1 priority and they always have been,” a source says. “He's so stressed out right now. He only wants the best for Britney and the kids."

Spears voluntarily checked into the facility on Thursday night, making it her third attempt at rehab. In the past two weeks, Spears has checked herself in-and-out of rehab twice within 24 hours.
