Attended Kilcoo Camp in Minden, Ontario - 4 years as a camper and 8 years as a counsellor. Summer Camp is where he equates his passion to perform all started. Has an older brother, Sean David Mitchell, who is a teacher and a chef. Attended David Rothenberg's on-camera acting class in Toronto with fellow actors Scott Speedman, Rachel McAdams, Polly Shannon and David Sutcliffe.
