"The Insider" confirms that Justin Long suffered a mild concussion in a car accident in Los Angeles just days before he was expected to travel to the Savannah Film Festival. The 32-year-old on-again/off-again boyfriend of Drew Barrymore was scheduled to make an appearance to promote his new movie, 'The Conspirator,' but had to cancel his trip due to the accident.
