"Family Guy" got it all wrong -- it's been 15 years since "Jerry Maguire," but ex-child actor Jonathan Lipnicki's still got the magic touch ... pulling seriously hot tail in Vegas last weekend for his 21st birthday.

You may recall -- "Family Guy" blasted Lipnicki in an episode last year, implying the once-adorable child actor had grown up into something ... less than attractive.




But that just ain't true ... because according to sources at XS Nightclub in Vegas -- where Jonathan celebrated his 21st on Saturday -- the actor had absolutely no trouble attracting several fine females. (exhibit a, above).

No word on what he used for his opener -- but we're guessing it went something like ... "Do you know that the human head weighs 8 pounds?" Works every time.

Seems Lipnicki saved up the residual checks he gets from "JM" and whatever else he's done for the past the 15 years and helped his parents score a home in Westlake Village ... about 30 miles outside Hollywood. 

According to court docs, Lipnicki forked over $216,222.35 for the pad -- and he's demanding they repay the full amount  ... PLUS 5% interest.

Wonder if their next door neighbor has three rabbits?

Lipnicki filed a request for a restraining order against some 20-year-old actress named Amber Watson -- whom, we're told, Jonathan briefly dated after meeting in an L.A. acting class. 

According to the documents, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Lipnicki says he was asleep in his bed on May 14 ... when his roommates allowed Amber into the apartment and she immediately rushed into his bedroom.

Lipnicki says Amber "pulled my blankets off" ... adding, "When I tried to get up, she tried to pin me to my bed. I had to move her off me physically ... she threatened to annihilate me."

The judge granted Lipnicki's request -- requiring Amber to stay at least 100 yards away from Jonathan at all times.
