Jerry Sandusky -- New Accuser In Sex Abuse Scandal Reveals Horrifying Allegations
Filed under: Jerry Sandusky, Celebrity Justice, TMZ Sports More disturbing allegations in the Jerry Sandusky scandal -- now, a 30-year-old man has filed a lawsuit against the former Penn St. coach for sexually abusing him more than 100 times when he was a kid.
The accuser -- who is only being identified as 'John Doe' -- is NOT one of the 8 victims listed in the grand jury report that rocked Penn State -- but his story seems to fall in line with the rest of the allegations.
According to John Doe's lawyers, the alleged victim claims he met Sandusky through the Second Mile charity when he was 10-years-old ... and was abused by the coach more than 100 times between 1992 and 1996.
Doe claims the abuse occurred in multiple locations -- including the Penn State locker room, the Sandusky home, and also during a road trip to a bowl game.
8:30 AM PST -- The accuser has released a statement about the suit ... saying, "I don’t want other kids to be hurt and abused by Jerry Sandusky or anybody like Penn State to allow people like him to do it—rape kids!"
He adds, "I never told anybody what he did to me over 100 times at all kinds of places until the newspapers reported that he had abused other kids and the people at Penn State and Second Mile didn’t do the things they should have to protect me and the other kids."
John Doe says he hopes his lawsuit will encourage other victims to come forward and "get help and help protect others in the future."

Bigshot Publicist To Hollywood Murder Tipster: I Owe You Nothing!
Filed under: Ronni Chasen, Celebrity Justice The man who claims he helped police track down the murderer of famed Hollywood publicist Ronni Chasen is barking up the wrong tree -- according to the publicist he's suing.
As we previously reported, the tipster -- who identifies himself as John Doe -- sued bigshot publicist Michael Levine (left), claiming Levine offered a $25,000 reward for information leading to the capture of Chasen's gunman ... but never paid up.
Mr. Doe also sued Palm Springs Film Festival honcho Harold Matzner -- claiming Matzner offered a $100k reward for the same information.
But Levine's lawyer shot back yesterday with a blistering letter to John Doe's attorney -- insisting Levine never promised to ante up $25,000.
Levine's lawyer, Eric George, claims in the letter -- obtained by TMZ -- Levine never actually offered a reward and abandoned the effort early on at the request of Chasen's family.
Levine is demanding John Doe dismiss his lawsuit against him ASAP -- or face legal action. Matzner has yet to respond to John Doe's accusations.

Tipster In Hollywood Publicist Murder Sues -- Where's My Reward?!
Filed under: Ronni Chasen, Celebrity Justice, Exclusive The man who claims he led police to the person accused of gunning down Hollywood publicist Ronni Chasen claims he never got his $125,000 reward -- and now he's suing to get his money.
The tipster -- who only identifies himself as John Doe -- claims a bigshot publicist named Michael Levine offered a $25k reward for information leading to the identification and arrest of Chasen's killer. He also claims Palm Springs Film Festival honcho Harold Matzner offered $100k.
According to his lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, the tipster claims he called "America's Most Wanted" after learning of the reward offers and provided the name of a man named Harold Martin Smith ... who cops eventually concluded DID in fact murder Chasen.
Chasen was gunned down in Beverly Hills on November 16, 2010. Smith was cornered by cops at a Hollywood apartment complex weeks later ... but committed suicide when officers tried to confront him.
In his lawsuit, John Doe says the Beverly Hills Police Department can back up his claim that he is the "sole" tipster responsible for the identification of Chasen's killer -- and says the PD even put it in writing in a letter to his lawyer.
TMZ spoke with Levine, who tells us the claims against him are "totally false" ... adding, "I never arranged for a reward fund. I offered to call some friends, but was told by the family that the Palm Springs Film Festival was handling the reward."
