Nicole and Joel left MSG arm-in-arm last night after Good Charlotte opened for Justin.  The couple definitely seem to be in high spirits since the Diane Sawyer interview as they prepare for the arrival of their new baby.  Joel even hinted on Live with Regis & Kelly this morning that he might even pop the question to Nicole!  When Regis asked if he planned on getting her a ring,  Joel said, "I was hoping it would be a surprise, but now ?".  It's hard to believe that a year ago these two were both dating other people and now they're talking marriage and already expecting a baby. Crazy!
