Music legend Jimmy Buffett is said to have suffered a bloody head injury after falling off stage. The "Margaritaville" singer apparently struck his head when he fell off stage during a sold out concert in Sydney, according to The Daily Telegraph. An audience member told the news outlet that the 64-year-old did a "massive face plant" leaving everyone "horrified." Jimmy allegedly awaited paramedics as the crowd was asked to leave the stadium. Eyewitness reports say he was laying on the floor with blood gushing from his head. Once help arrived, he was reportedly rushed to Sydney's St. Vincent's Hospital. "We were in the 10th row and it looked like he did a massive face plant after his encore and pretty much didn't get up,'' audience member Dan Bateman told the Telegraph. "We were told to leave the premises. No one really wanted to leave because everyone was anxious to know if he survived the fall. Everyone was pretty horrified.'' UPDATE: Team Buffett tweeted that the singer is ok, saying, "Jimmy had an accident while performing in Sydney & was taken to the hospital. Doctors say he's doing well & will be released tomorrow."
