Was originally hired as a minority actor by the Seattle Repertory Theatre in 1966.
One brother: Milton.
Had just finished a support role opposite comedian Jim Carrey in Liar Liar (1997) at the time of his death. The movie was dedicated to his memory.
Actively involved in the Seattle theater scene, directing and acting in such stage productions as "A Midsummer Night's Dream" and "The Threepenny Opera".
Died shortly after he was nominated for a Cable Ace award for his work in the tele-movie Sophie & the Moonhanger (1996) (TV), which aired on the Lifetime network.
