Jamie Foxx celebrated his 40th birthday for the fourth time at Jet nightclub in Las Vegas. Although his actual birthday was on December 13, it doesn't mean he has to stop celebrating his birthday as often as he can.  He only turns 21, I mean 40, once, right? And like he says in the video clip here:

"When it's my birthday, it's your birthday too."

Jamie, what do I get for my birthday present then? I could use a new car!
