"The Insider" sat down with Jack Black ahead of the release of his new movie 'Year One' and the star gives his thoughts on being a dad and offers his own definition of "bromance." "It's been asked if ['Year One'] is a 'bromance,' and my answer is no -- because their is no 'mance.' But there is a 'brodeo,'" Black says. The actor says there's a whole new "bromance" genre that deals with male sensitivity, which this movie does not. In the comedy, Black and Michael Cera play a couple of inept cavemen who are banished from their primitive village and attempt to embark on an epic journey through the ancient world. Instead, they discover a whole new world outside their prehistoric village. Watch the video to hear what Jack admires about Michael's acting and comedic abilities. He also talks about his kids and explains why he doesn't like to bring them on the set -- plus he reveals some reasons he's still learning to be a good dad.

"I felt like Michael [Cera] was more like ABBA long hair, and I more like Black Sabbath long hair," he says of their manly, yet outdated styles in the movie. As for stunts, "I did some flipty-dos," he says, thanking his stunt man, Jimmy Waitman and adding, "he looks just like me." AP - "iCarly" has downloaded the first blimp-shaped trophy at the Kids Choice Awards. The Web-centric comedy picked up the award for favorite TV show at the 22nd annual slime-filled Nickelodeon spectacle at UCLA's Pauley Pavilion.
The Jonas Brothers are obsessed with Rick Astley. The musical trio are big fans of the 80s British singer - who caused an upset by winning Best Act Ever at last year's MTV Europe Music Awards after becoming a YouTube sensation - and regularly cover his most famous hit.

Fresh on the heels of the news that Jack Black will appear on a popular small-screen show, "The Insider" has learned that Jessica Alba is also set to guest-star on the same episode of the Emmy-Award winning series! The actress is slated to appear on the Super Bowl episode of NBC's "The Office" alongside the funnyman. The episode titled "Stress Relief" will have the office crew watching a bootlegged film while on the job, and "The Insider" has learned that both Jessica and Jack will play characters in the movie the co-workers watch. "The Office" episode featuring Jessica and Jack will air February 1, immediately following Super Bowl XLIII on NBC.
