Previously married to a former model Diane by whom he had a son Titus and a step-daughter Emma and is currently married to Kathryn Holcomb, who was formerly married to the actor Bruce Boxleitner.
Son of Aileen Raymond, who was the first wife of veteran actor Sir John Mills.
Was a serious contender for the role of James Bond on several occasions due to his appearances as The Saint. The closest he got, however, was playing a Bond-like character in a series of TV commercials.
