I feel very deeply touched by the passing of Heath Ledger. I cant help but cry for his mom, sister michell, and naomi.  I know how it feels to not be able to shut your  mind down when your so exhausted.  I myself at one point took 10 pills of ambien one night(100mg) ,  along with xanax. The important thing was I didnt take them all at once but ambien give you temporary amnesia. Probaby kept waking up and taking more then again woke up and I had no recollection of how many I had taken until found some in bed and started counting them.  I tried everything , I was so desperate and God only knows why I didnt die that night. Ambien has many bad side effects.  It would take forever to list them.  I started taking Lexapro an antidepressant which help me to get my mind back.  I didnt realize that I was so depressed. What are we going do about these problems .Ive been on ambien for over 20 years and I can write a book of things that have happendto me due to this medication.  Ifeel I have to do something to get the word out on how dangerous this drug is,  I would testify in front of congress.
