Science-fiction film Jumper has leaped to the top of the box office chart, beating out competition from dance movie Step Up 2 The Streets. "Jumper," which stars Hayden Christensen and Rachel Bilson, debuted at number one with takings of $27.2 million over the weekend.


Eminem almost teleported into the box office. The rapper superstar nearly landed Hayden Christensen's role in 'Jumper,' the film's director Doug Liman reveals.

"We did have conversations with Eminem," he tells MTV News. "If I've proven anything to myself, it's that I can tailor a role to an actor. [I could] develop the role with [someone like Eminem] and make it extremely specific to them. So as long as the person has acting chops, I'm open to talking to almost anybody for almost any role."
Rachel Bilson has revealed that Hayden Christensen is a "good kisser", but refused to on reports that she's dating the actor.

The pair were said to have been dating for around six months after meeting on the set of their 'Jumper' movie last year.
